FAQ for photographers / co-operators:
Q: I'm a photographer and now seek for video production supplier, How can I access VRE team?
A: You can send an email with your name card / your company info to vreteam@gmail.com to get more information. (Please note that VRE team will never reply any email sent from photographer's client! )
Q: Can I / my client designate any videographer / editor?
A: Sorry, to lower the handling cost, no designate videgrapher and editor service can be provided. We only use the videographers after we check their work can achieve our standard, and we have limited in quota to provide service within a day.
Q: Can I / my client request for tailor made march in slideshow from VRE team?
A: Sorry, VRE does not provide tailor made service. You can search for 3rd party for tailor made service instead.
Q: Can I / my client request to change design of the march in photo slideshow that select from templates to the style I / my client prefer?
A: Sorry. you can only select from template. no revise service will be provided. To add any idea of your own based on template styles, VRE need to quote the price based on your request and you can mark up for your own handling cost.
Q: Can I / my client request to revise the slideshow / edited version of the DVD?
A: Sorry, except error found in the DVD ( wrong spelling of the couple's name or wedding day ), no revised service on the photo slideshow / editing job will be provided. If you / your client request to do so, we wll charge as a new edit video job.
Normally we will keep the edited project for 7 days after deliver the DVD to our vendor hence we can amend for any mistake found at our side, photographers / co-operater have liability to inform their client to advise if any mistake found and need to amend during this period.
Q: I'm a videographer / video editor, may I join VRE Team?

FAQ for couples plan for wedding
Q: We are couple plan to get marry soon, can I access VRE team directly to provide video production package for us?
A: Sorry, VRE team will not provide service for walk in client in this stage... and sorry that we will not reply any email regarding this request.
Q: I saw demo of VRE team in photographer A, but now I wish to confirm order of photographer B who is also tell me that they use VRE team, so is that mean I don't need to view photographer B's video again?
A: No! Difference photographers have difference budget and difference requirement for their video standard to provide for their client, you'd better see the demo of the photographer you plan to join. (and we never know if they have more than 1 supplier to provide video production for their brand! )
Q: How can I know if the photographer use VRE team to provide video shooting service for us?
A: Actually, there have no any prove that if photographer must use VRE to provide video shooting service. VRE never get the information of the price setting from the photographer they offer to their client, and some of the photographer can change part of the production to difference production house/editor/videographer. Also some photographers can use more than 1 source to provide video production service.
Q: Could you list out which photographer using VRE service?
A: Oh! Sorry I can't tell as following reason:
- Some photographers don't prefer to open their source for others to know as they need to prevent the client refer their friend to contact VRE directly.
- Some photographers use more that 1 source for their video production
- VRE cannot handle client enquiry from this kind of order.
- Some photographers just use part of VRE Team service only. VRE may need to co-operate with those photographer's teammate and it can't tell as VRE team's production.
Actually VRE Team only one of the service provider for the photographers, the photographers have responsibility to communicate with client for the package they offer to their client...so....client actually don't need to know which production team they are using for their product, right?
Q: I have joined a photographer using VRE team, can I access VRE directly to discuss for our video production?
A: Sorry, VRE never reply photographer's client any question as well as follow up for any case. Please consult your photographer where you join the service.
